• Winterrealm Records Does not require any money from the artist, we cover all costs. 

• Winterrealm Records will pay royalties to an artist once the threshold of $20AUD is reached.

      payments will be made, based on sales of the artists Album.

     

      *So if your album does not sell, you will receive no money. however we will keep your album available!

 

• Payments will be made only through Paypal.

• physical Releases: The artist will recieve 25% of sale price per album sale - (Production costs 50% / WR 25%).

 

• We Do Not send any free copies of albums to the artist (you are paid in sales) <-- This is the policy of the DISTRIBUTOR.

 

 

       What Winterrealm needs from you:

 

• Audio: All tracks in high quality Mp3 (320 kbps) sent to us.

 

• Artwork: We require:

 

      *x1 Front cover

      *x1 Inside cover insert

      *x1 Back cover 

      *x1 Disk art 

 

• (Note: we do not print booklets for CD releases, and can only offer 2-sided front panel covers. this is due to our

       manufactures policy, not ours.)

 

• All artwork must be sent as jpeg / psd format. ( Please make sure all artwork is correct, Winterrealm Records will not take resposibility for any errors. This been because once you send it, We send it to our distributor)

 

• You can send all this via email in a zip folder or by sending us a direct download link from a third party site.

 

• Also make sure to include your email adress which is linked to you paypal account so we can pay you.
